Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule on-site construction activities to meet project deadlines.
- Monitor the completion of each construction phase through regular site inspections.
- Ensure quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction by adhering to company standards.
- Assist in budgeting time requirements and scheduling subcontractor work.
- Liaise with operations, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
- 2 years of professional construction project management experience.
- Ability to manage trade performance and supervise subcontractors.
- Strong knowledge of building codes and ability to read blueprints.
- (Preferred) Bachelor's degree in construction or related field.
