Responsibilities
· Assist clients with personal insurance policies, including home, auto, and other personal lines products
· Utilize a personal lines rater to compare coverage options and provide competitive quotes
· Work win-back lists, and call ins from our web site.
· Cross-sell and account round to maximize customer protection and policy retention
· Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent customer service and proactive communication
· Process endorsements, renewals, and policy changes efficiently and accurately
· Work closely with underwriters and carriers to ensure client needs are met.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Lines Insurance CSR or Sales Representative.
Strong knowledge of independent insurance carriers and their products.
Experience with a personal lines rater to generate quotes.
Excellent sales and relationship-building skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
