Key Responsibilities:
The Chief of Staff will support the COO in several key areas:
1. Strategic Planning and Execution
The Chief of Staff will assist the COO in developing and implementing operational strategies and plans. This includes evaluating departmental alignment with strategic goals through comprehensive analysis and strategic recommendations.
2. Leadership and Team Management
