We are looking for a top-notch marketer to manage our marketing efforts to generate leads for our sales team and manage internal marketing efforts to drive brand awareness of our company. You must be well versed in digital marketing and have what it takes to build an end-to-end lead generation engine with relevant analytics and positive ROI.
Responsibilities:
- Define and implement a strategic marketing plan and deliverables for the company
- Manage the Marketing team including social media, content marketing, advertising, product development, training and email marketing
- Develop the company's lead generation engine and social media marketing strategy to drive new business via Brandrep.com lead capture
- Automate, and effectively hyper-target prospect lists through email, social, search, retargeting display, other paid media, phone
- Develop segmentation / vertical strategy and measurement
- Actively manage Facebook audience targeting, creative and spend to generate leads for sales
- Relaunch Google ad campaign to generate leads
- Oversee and manage campaign expenses within budget, estimate monthly costs and reconcile
- Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns and PPC initiatives
- Work with sales leadership to develop a “cadence” for follow-up protocol
- Develop email nurture campaigns leveraging that cadence
- Manage all content marketing pieces including email, blog, video, e-newsletter, e-book - including themes, topics and production deadlines
- Manage creation and distribution of monthly “thought leader” e-newsletter to clients and prospects
- Support communication strategy for existing clients to foster retention
- Work with our internal SEO and PPC teams to expand our organic rankings, and maximize all internal paid campaigns and website traffic
- Partner with sales to develop vertical strategy and acquisition tactics, based on strong research of competitors, current channels and industry strengths and market trends
- Responsible for new product and partnerships and related training for the marketing and sales teams
- Build well-converting landing pages and analyze paid media spend to improve cost-effectiveness
- Manage the company’s branding, online presence and event initiatives
- Manage company reviews and reputation
- Help develop affiliate partnerships and webinar strategy to drive sales and lead generation
- Partner with the CEO to create all Operating Reviews and Board Meeting packages
- Work with the Finance Department to establish KPIs for all programs, create results forecasts, and track performance to ensure marketing plans are delivering expected business outcomes
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7-10 years direct marketing and lead generation experience required
- Well organized and great attention to detail, and a good writer
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Master at Microsoft Office PPT
- Prior roles as a “player/coach”, willing to roll up your sleeves
- Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
- Ability to multi-task and operate with a sense of urgency and accountability
- Experience in email marketing and social media marketing management
- Experience in developing and implementing effective search engine marketing strategies
- Experience creating and launching Paid Search campaigns required (Google, Facebook, Instagram)
- In-depth experience with bid management tools
- Experience with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Google Certification strongly recommended
- Experience with call centers and a Digital Agency is a plus
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development
