Financial Analyst, Global FP&A

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning & Forecasting:
  • Work closely with different departments to gather data and improve forecasting accuracy.
  • Analyze financial performance and variances to forecast expectations.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
  • Financial Analysis & Reporting:
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior leadership.
    • Conduct variance analysis to explain differences between actuals vs. budget/forecast.
    • Identify key business trends and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Data Analysis & Modeling:
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario analysis and business planning.
  • Evaluate financial and operational KPIs to track business performance.
  • Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives.
• Business Partnering:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Sales, and Marketing, to understand financial impacts and business drivers.
  • Communicate financial insights and recommendations to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Support senior leadership in strategic planning and investment decisions.
  • Process Improvement & Automation:
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial reporting and forecasting processes.
  • Work with finance and IT teams to implement automation tools for efficiency gains.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency in financial reporting systems.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: 0-3 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related financial role.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ideally including financial modeling.
  • Experience with financial planning software (e.g., Hyperion ) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday) a plus.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.

BrandSafway offers a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance along with a generous 401k plan. The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000 annually. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.
