Key Responsibilities:

• Fountain ATS Configuration: Lead the end-to-end configuration of the Fountain ATS, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes and systems.

• Project Prioritization: Strategically manage and prioritize multiple projects to align with company objectives and deadlines.

• System Optimization: Continuously assess and improve HRIS functionality to enhance user experience and system performance.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders, including HR, recruiting teams, and IT, to identify needs and deliver tailored solutions.

• Process Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all ATS configurations and workflows.

• Customer Service Excellence: Provide a high level of customer service to users, resolving technical issues promptly and offering guidance on best practices.

• Design: Aiding the design of related People Systems and IT Strategy

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

• Master’s degree preferred.

• Experience implementing an Applicant Tracking System required.

• Hands-on experience with the Fountain Applicant Tracking System highly preferred.

• Proven expertise in project management systems and methodologies.

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and consistency.

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.

BrandSafway offers a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance along with a generous 401k plan. The salary range for this position is $140,000-$160,000. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. BrandSafway is located at 600 Galleria Pkwy Atlanta GA, 30339. This is a hybrid position.
