Key Responsibilities

Provide direction and leadership to the operations team (Y&W and operations support employees).
Manage all aspects of Inventory Control
Manage and deploy operational resources in a manner to ensure all customer and company requirements are met .
Manage intercompany and customer freight as required.
Manage maintenance of company facilities and equipment (trucks, forklifts, machinery).
Manage rental fleet maintenance operation.
Department cost management, including preparation of annual expense and capex budget for facility operations.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Industrial Engineering Technician
Lean Management Principles
Six Sigma
PMP
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

BrandSafway offers a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance as well as a generous group RRSP plan. Salary range for this position is $80K- $85K annually. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position
