THE ROLE
As an HVAC Comfort Advisor - Sales Consultant, your primary focus will be managing customer relationships-you'll connect with new customers, maintain strong ties with existing ones, and partner with vendors. As part of your role, you will guide customers through HVAC solutions, ensuring the right services are matched to their needs.
Project oversight is a key component, as you will manage installations and repairs from proposal preparation through completion, while reviewing plans, sizing equipment, and staying updated on the latest industry technologies. At every step, your goal is to deliver customer success and satisfaction through excellence.
THE REQUIREMENTS
WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION
This is a full-time role based at our office in Iowa City, IA. Regular hours are Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend shifts during peak seasons to meet customer needs.
