Pay : $70,000 to $100,000 per year (base commission)

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a full-time sales position based in Iowa City, IA, with core hours from Monday to Friday. Some weekend work may be required during peak seasons, ensuring our customers stay comfortable year-round.
As an HVAC Estimator – Comfort Solution Specialist, your day starts with engaging both new and existing customers, offering expert guidance on HVAC solutions. You prepare tailored proposals to meet their needs, managing each project from start to finish. Reviewing plans and specs, sizing the equipment correctly, and continuously educating yourself on new technologies are key parts of your day. Every task-whether coordinating with vendors or making recommendations-reflects our mission to do the job right the first time and exceed customer expectations.
