Duties and Responsibilities
- Verify and record customer payments in our internal system.
- Notify Credit Coordinators of payment issues and discrepancies.
- Organize electronic and paper files for payment remittances.
- Set up new customer accounts and manage existing ones.
- Process registrations, discharges, and searches for Garage Keeper's Liens.
- Communicate with other branches and divisions regarding customer payments and transfers.
- Prepare mail for Canada Post and Purolator.
- Evaluate credit bureaus and references to grant credit to customers.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and multitasking abilities.

Required Experience
