**Job Summary**
We are seeking a Manager to lead our Engineered Services Team at Brandt, the exclusive Canadian dealer for Topcon and Sokkia Positioning.
The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, motivating, and retaining highly trained Geomatic Support personnel. They will design and implement training strategies to keep customers and team members current with the latest technology. Additionally, they will coordinate sales and support programs to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and workflows.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop business strategies and plans to achieve group objectives.
- Provide direction to direct reports in local and remote locations.
- Design and deliver training programs for staff and customers.
- Develop relationships with other Topcon dealers to discuss customer service and support concerns.
- Travel to visit direct reports, PTD sales teams, key customers, and Topcon business unit to ensure alignment and provide coaching and mentoring.
**Requirements:**
- Background in Positioning Technology hardware and software.
- Experience leading diverse teams to meet business objectives.
- Strong customer service focus and excellent management skills.
