Requirements :
- BA in Advertising, Marketing, or related preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of Marketing / Advertising Agency experience.
- Proficiency in Google Suite; and Microsoft Office.
- Basecamp is a plus!
Account Services (day-to-day) :
Leads internal and client meetings (i.e. creative kickoffs, brand immersions, weekly client status meetings, creative brainstorms) -Facilitates all account duties including weekly status reports, job briefs, client billing, and internal job management.Maintain shared planning documents, trafficking assets internally and externally.Develop briefs to support creative, projects, and client insights.Clearly set goals for projects based on client business goals.Performs thorough quality assurance on all deliverables prior to them being delivered to the client (i.e. spelling, grammar, program details) -Develops internal and external timelines for projects and pitches Works in a cross-functional team (i.e. creative, social, and digital teams).Client Relations (day-to-day) :
Strengthen client relationships by becoming a trusted extension of the client’s marketing team.Gain familiarity with the client’s industry, products, and business models -Have a base understanding of advertising, digital, and media trends and uses this knowledge to present business-building ideas for the client and the agency.Skills and Abilities :
