Job Summary
Prepares accident related damaged vehicles for the refinish process, restoring them to pre-collision condition in accordance with industry standards in a timely matter, with the customer’s satisfaction as the highest priority. Development path to become a Lead Painter, Paint Manager.
Responsibilities Essential Functions
- Love for automobiles and their makeup
- Prepping, Priming body panels
- Paint application
- Buffing
- Product knowledge, color tinting and materials management
- Worked as a team member on a highly skilled team
- Maintains a safe and organized working environment
Qualifications
- Knowledge of metal repair/replacement and refinish procedures
- Knowledge of chemical makeup of paints and coatings.
- Organized and detail oriented
- Demonstrated commitment to continued learning
- Manual dexterity and eye hand coordination to operate equipment
- Love of Automobiles
- Valid Driver’s License is a must
