Are you eager to assist a client through their Mental Health and Substance Use recovery process in an outpatient therapeutic setting? We are seeking Clinicians to provide supportive person-centered counseling services to individuals in a compassionate way. Please look at the highlights below :
What You'll Do at BCCS as PCCP Counselor :
- Be responsible for a caseload of clients, as identified by program requirements and in accordance with state regulations.
- Completes required evaluations and assessments.
- Documents all clinical services and interventions performed within the clients 'electronic record.
- Monitors client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Maintains contact with outside providers to coordinate care.
- Confer with the Clinical Supervisor on a daily basis for casing.
- Participates in weekly treatment team meetings.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Clinical Supervisor.
