The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving business development, and fostering strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met. This role requires a blend of technical sales expertise and leadership skills to effectively negotiate and close deals while analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities.
Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective networking and market analysis.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on sales approaches and techniques.
- Utilize Salesforce to track client interactions, manage leads, and report on sales activities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
- Provide technical sales support by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Lead presentations and demonstrations of products or services to potential clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development or account management, preferably in technology sales.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and guide team members.
- Technical sales experience is a plus, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and client needs effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
