Service Parts Coordinator:
Job Summary
- Providing telephone, email and fax support to internal and external inquiries
- Handling specialized accounts with company unique pricing and needs; processing their quotes and orders through portals
- Generating and supplying quotes; receiving and processing PO’s through Oracle
- Collaborating with Operations, Accounting, Logistics and Technical Support groups to meet customer’s needs and resolve customer issues
- Creating, Maintaining, and updating customer accounts
- Establishing access to company portal for customers

- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
- Exceptional customer service skills, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
