Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient operations within our service department. The Service Coordinator will be the primary point of contact for coordinating service activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and facilitating communication between departments.
- Providing telephone, email and fax support to internal and external inquiries.
- Handling specialized accounts with company unique pricing and needs; processing their quotes and orders through portals
- Generating and supplying quotes; receiving and processing PO’s through Oracle.
- Collaborating with Operations, Accounting, Logistics and Technical Support groups to meet customer’s needs and resolve customer issues
- Creating, Maintaining, and updating customer accounts
- Establishing access to company portal for customers
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
