Shipping & Receiving Technician - Reach Truck
Responsibilities:
· Material Receiving / Shipping, Inventory Counts, Material Pull Requests, Return to Inventory & Purging and Teardown of expired material.
· Maintain accurate inventory
· Maintain accurate shipping and receiving manifest
· Support customer deliverables
· Maintaining a safe working environment (example: Safe PIV (power industrial vehicle) operation, daily safety checks of warehouse equipment, equipment PM’s.
· Manage accurate data input in company systems including Prism Shippers & GEO Inventory Control
· Accurate kitting of test material.
· Highlight opportunities for continuous improvement (efficiency, safety, etc.).
Qualifications
· A High School diploma is required; Currently enrolled in school for higher education is also a plus, but not required.
· A minimum of 1 year of relevant Material Control/Material Control Inventory experience is required.
· Willingness and eagerness learn, to be flexible, and be a team player (example: temporarily cross training in Engineering Technician task, Testing, and other teams as necessary).
· Forklift / Hilo and Reach Truck experience required.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office with ability to quickly become proficient user in company systems.
· Ability to lift 50lbs.
· Experience working with automotive product development and/or manufacturing safety, cosmetic and structural components.
· Ability/skills for building and repairing mechanical devices.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
