If you have a passion for precision and are interested in working in a fast-paced production setting, this job may be the perfect fit for you. **Responsibilities:** - Design and develop CNC machining programs using CAD/CAM software. - Create and modify CNC programs for milling, turning, and grinding operations. - Work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure programs meet quality control standards. - Conduct quality control checks on machined parts to ensure they meet specifications. - Operate precision measuring instruments such as micrometers to verify part dimensions. - Implement GD&T principles in CNC programming to ensure precise part manufacturing. - Develop and maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with factory safety and quality standards. - Troubleshoot and debug CNC programs to minimize downtime and optimize production. - Collaborate with the manufacturing team to implement new CNC machining processes and improve overall production efficiency. - Participate in the development and implementation of new manufacturing technologies. - Perform other duties as required. **Skills:** - Proficiency in CAM programming and CNC machining. - Experience with logic controllers and materials handling systems. - Strong understanding of quality control principles and procedures. - Familiarity with precision measuring instruments, including micrometers. - Knowledge of GD&T principles and their application in CNC programming. - Experience working in a factory environment with press equipment. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production setting. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
