What You’ll Do
As a CNC Programmer / Operator , you’ll be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC lathes and mills to produce high-quality precision components. Your expertise will ensure our manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes and mills using M and G code (Fanuc controls experience preferred).
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and engineered schematics to ensure precise manufacturing.
- Make program adjustments and optimize setups for efficiency and accuracy.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to keep machines running at peak performance.
- Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, tape measures) to verify part quality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely production and high-quality output.
- Continuously seek process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
