Duties
- Supervise daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes.
- Train, mentor, and manage front desk staff to provide outstanding guest services.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations using hotel management software.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures while promoting a welcoming atmosphere.
- Handle phone systems effectively, including managing incoming calls and directing them appropriately.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery for guests.
- Monitor the performance of front desk operations and implement improvements as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting.
