Our Front Desk Associate role is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys making a great first impression and ensuring guests have a memorable experience. This person is responsible for providing exceptional customer service at the front desk of the resort.
Job Duties
- Welcome guests upon arrival and check them into their rooms, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner and direct them to the appropriate department or person.
- Assist guest with any inquiries, concerns or special requests they may have during their stay.
- Program room keys and create arrival packets to ensure a smooth checkin process for all guests.
- Make arrival packets with all the necessary information for guests.
- Clean the lobby area including bathrooms located in the front lobby.
- Provide accurate information regarding resort amenities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills.
- Previous experience in a front desk role desired.
