What You’ll Do
- Lead & Inspire – Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, building and developing a high-performing team across front desk, housekeeping and engineering.

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience
- 2 years of leadership experience in hotel operations, preferably in an upscale or boutique setting
- Hands-on leadership style with excellent coaching and team-building abilities
- Strong understanding of revenue management, sales strategy, and guest satisfaction metrics
- Exceptional leadership skills – a team builder who inspires and empowers
- Ability to create and execute strategic plans that drive occupancy, ADR, and market growth
- A guest-first mindset with problem-solving abilities and a passion for exceeding expectations
- Knowledge of safety programs, compliance, and risk management (Preferred)
