What You’ll Do

  • Lead & Inspire – Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, building and developing a high-performing team across front desk, housekeeping and engineering.
  • Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences – Champion a service-first philosophy that drives guest satisfaction scores and fosters brand loyalty.
  • Drive Financial Success – Optimize revenue through innovative sales, marketing, and pricing strategies, while maintaining operational efficiency.
  • Innovate & Optimize – Work with cutting-edge hospitality technology to streamline operations and improve guest engagement.
  • Foster a Winning Culture – Hire, train, and develop a team that is passionate about hospitality and excels in a positive work environment.
  • Ensure Operational Excellence – Maintain brand standards, safety, and cleanliness, ensuring seamless guest experiences and asset protection.
  • Enhance Market Presence – Build strong community and public relations, participate in local events, and position the hotel as a premier destination.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of leadership experience in hotel operations, preferably in an upscale or boutique setting
  • Hands-on leadership style with excellent coaching and team-building abilities
  • Strong understanding of revenue management, sales strategy, and guest satisfaction metrics
  • Exceptional leadership skills – a team builder who inspires and empowers
  • Ability to create and execute strategic plans that drive occupancy, ADR, and market growth
  • A guest-first mindset with problem-solving abilities and a passion for exceeding expectations
  • Knowledge of safety programs, compliance, and risk management (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
