What You’ll Do
- Welcome Guests with Enthusiasm – Provide a warm and professional check-in and check-out experience.
- Handle Guest Requests & Concerns – Respond promptly and efficiently to guest needs, ensuring satisfaction.
- Provide Local Recommendations – Share knowledge of the hotel, local attractions, and dining options to enhance the guest experience.
- Manage Reservations & Payments – Process bookings, modifications, and transactions with accuracy.
- Ensure a Smooth Guest Experience – Communicate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs.
- Uphold Brand & Safety Standards – Maintain a clean and organized front desk area while following all company policies.
What We’re Looking For

- Flexible availability – ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed. Overnight position also available. Shifts are 8-hours and typically have the following timeframes: 7am to 3pm, 3pm to 11pm and 11pm to 7am.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
