The Housing Voucher Program Manager assists Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) and Project Based Voucher (PBV) participants and evaluates their continued eligibility for housing assistance. This position ensures that clients understand the requirements of the Housing Voucher program and works with BHP personnel, landlords, and clients to conduct interviews, certify client eligibility and changes, and support participants throughout their time on the voucher program. Requirements: At least 3 years of experience as a Housing Voucher Administrator or comparable experience such as Business Manager, Asset Manager, Housing Specialist, Public Housing Property Manager, Affordable Housing Certification Specialist, or HUD specialist.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
