We are seeking a positive and energetic Shift Supervisor to join our team.
Position Overview
The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for executing the company's brand strategy, promoting its vision, mission, and values, resulting in a great customer experience and maximized sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members
- Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality
- Oversee shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales
- Monitor inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness as needed
- Ensure Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed
