Job Summary:
The Shift Supervisor plays a critical role in executing the company's brand strategy and promoting its vision, mission, and values. This involves creating a great customer experience and maximizing sales by recognizing the importance of our people and their contribution to unit goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members
- Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality
- Oversee shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales
- Monitor inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness as needed
- Ensure Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly
