**Job Summary:**

Main Responsibilities:
- Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members
- Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality
- Oversee shift operations, including food service, grocery market, and fountain sales
- Monitor inventory, supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness
- Implement and follow Braum's store policies and practices
Work Schedule and Benefits:
• Work days vary based on a rotating 3-week schedule with an expected 45-hour work week
• Reports to Assistant Manager

Requirements:
