Shift Supervisor Restaurant - Food Service Supervisor - Management
We are seeking a positive and energetic Shift Supervisor to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for career growth and advancement.
The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in the food service industry and be able to work a rotating schedule, including evenings and weekends.
As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for teaching, coaching and leading a team of crew members to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
You will also be responsible for maximizing store sales through effective management of inventory, supply levels, kitchen equipment and safety standards.
In addition, you will participate in monitoring store policies and practices to ensure they are implemented and followed accordingly.

Key responsibilities:
- Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members
- Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality
- Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales
- Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed
- Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in the food service industry
- Ability to work a rotating schedule, including evenings and weekends
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Must be at least 21 years old
