We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Leadership Position to join our team. As an Assistant Manager at Braum's Ice Cream and Dairy Stores, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees and overseeing the daily operations of our food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of employees to maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality
- Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members
- Oversee inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed
- Ensure that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly
