Main Responsibilities
- Assist the project superintendent in ensuring quality installation according to plans and specifications.
- Read and know contract documents thoroughly, noting errors or omissions.
- Prepare preparatory checklists for work features and assist with RFI processes.
- Maintain control logs, coordinate deliveries, and document project meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Strong experience in AutoCad and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards.
