Braun & Gresham - Marketing Manager
Job Summary:
This position will be an integral and hands-on marketing team member for Braun & Gresham. Our Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and managing various marketing programs that increase new customer awareness and acquisition across our broad range of services. Working with the Director of Marketing and other team members, you will assist in the development and execution of our annual marketing plan, direct marketing tactics, customer communications, program measurements and improvements, and profitable budget management.
Essential duties include:
- Implements customer acquisition programs and ongoing company communications.
- Develops creative campaigns across print and digital tactics.
- Designs and writes copy that engages, informs and promotes customer interaction.
- Produces insightful database management, segmentation, and efficiency.
- Creates direct email campaigns, execution and program measurement.
- Manages virtual and in-person events, execution and program measurement.
- Involved in the development and execution of effective direct marketing programs targeted to existing & new customers.
- Works with marketing team to create content and strategies for our monthly newsletters.
- Coordinates and tracks our various direct mail and email campaigns; list creation, artwork and print coordination.
Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of prior work experience in direct marketing or within a marketing team.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud (or other CRM).
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
- Experience in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and other related software.
- Experience in Zoom webinars, or similar webinar platforms (Cisco WebEx, GoTo Webinar, etc.)
- Able to work cross-functionally with other areas of marketing and sales. (Events, PR, Sales, etc.)
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to deal with sensitive data is essential.
- Must possess the ability to work diplomatically with all levels of Management.
- Excellent written and oral presentations skills.
- Must possess excellent math, statistical and technical financial analysis skills.
- Must be detailed and results oriented.
- Must possess excellent customer service skills.
- Must have demonstrated ability to take initiative, be detail-oriented and self-motivated.
