Job Description :
We are seeking a skilled Robotics / Automation Engineer to design, implement, and optimize automated systems that enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency within our operations. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- System Design and Development :
- Develop and implement automated systems for manufacturing, testing, and production workflows.
- Create detailed system designs, including hardware and software integration.
- Process Optimization :
- Analyze current processes and identify areas for automation to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Develop and maintain performance metrics for automated systems.
- Installation and Maintenance :
- Oversee the installation, calibration, and commissioning of automation equipment.
- Ensure the ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting of automated systems to minimize downtime.
- Software Development :
- Write and debug scripts or code for automated systems using programming languages such as Python, Java, C , or PLC programming.
- Collaborate on custom software solutions to meet project-specific needs.
- Collaboration and Training :
- Work closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to implement automation solutions.
- Provide training to staff on the use of automated systems and processes.
- Compliance and Safety :
- Ensure automation systems comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments to guarantee system safety and reliability.
