Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Identify and target potential salon clients through various channels (cold calling, networking, social media, referrals).
- Maintain and update a database of prospective and existing salon clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with salon owners, managers, and beauty professionals.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Offer exceptional customer service and follow up regularly to ensure client satisfaction.
- Sales Presentations and Proposals:
- Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations to salon clients.
- Develop customized proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
- Demonstrate thorough product knowledge and its application in salon settings.
- Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications:
