Bravado represents a privately-held A.I.-first CRM company that is more highly rated than Salesforce and HubSpot on G2 (4.8), ProductHunt (5.0) and Glassdoor (5.0).

This 75-employee, Series B firm ($64 million in total funding), which has more than 2,000 active clients worldwide, is seeking Account Executives to close $5k to $20k ACV deals to startup companies across all industries. You will report to the VP of Sales and work from your home office; you must live in greater New York City or San Francisco.

Our client’s core product is a flexible, collaborative CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platform designed for modern teams, particularly in startups and growing businesses.


Unlike traditional CRMs, which often require rigid workflows and data structures, we focus on adaptability, allowing users to customize the platform to their unique business needs.

Role

* Individual contributor role, working from your home office in the SF or NYC metro area.

* $95k to $110k base, commensurate with previous achievement and experience. OTE range is $175k to $225k. Plus, equity in an early-stage tech company on an incredible trajectory.

* Above all else, we are looking for hungry closers who want to clock their largest W-2 ever in 2025 – and then go up from there.

* No order takers please; you are scrappy, gritty, driven, creative, and passionate about helping companies organize their sales operations!

* This is an expansion hire; the current team is thriving, and we need more coverage!

* You have 2 years of SMB or Mid-Market closing experience.

Why is this role important?


As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition and revenue growth. You’ll be on the front line with our users, delivering an incredible customer experience while helping inform our product roadmap based on user feedback.


We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates with:

  • 2 years of sales closing experience with a technical SaaS product
  • Strong critical thinking and an aptitude for helping customers solve ambiguous problems
  • Consistent outperformance to sales targets driven by a rigorous sales process
  • Experience and interest in team-building and helping others be more successful
  • Exceptional written communication


What does the hiring process look like?

Applicants can expect the following:

1. Introductory phone call ~ 30 minutes

2. Hiring Manager Interview ~ 30 minutes

3. Exercise ~ Take home 45 minute discussion

4. Final Round ~ 4 x 30 minute interviews

5. Offer stage
