Our client is a comprehensive SaaS solution designed to relieve the administrative burden that often distracts founders from their core mission. By automating and optimizing back-office functions—such as payroll, invoicing, compliance, and expense tracking, they reduces complexity and frees up valuable time. This platform is particularly beneficial for growing startups and small businesses, as it empowers entrepreneurs to streamline their operations and make data-driven decisions without being bogged down by routine tasks.

Location: United States of America (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing opportunities through the sales funnel to close.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and align the company’s solutions effectively.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to shape and execute sales strategies, helping to position the product and highlight its unique value propositions.
  • Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets, contributing directly to the company’s financial success and market presence.
  • Gather and share insights on customer needs, market trends, and competitive activity to influence product roadmap and company strategy.
  • Identify areas for improvement within the sales process, develop playbooks, and establish scalable workflows for future team growth.
  • Partner with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and optimize end-to-end sales processes.
  • Track sales metrics, report on progress to senior leadership, and provide feedback to refine and improve sales strategies and product offerings.
  • Act as an ambassador for the company, consistently upholding its mission, values, and value propositions in all client interactions and industry events.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of proven success in a B2B sales role, ideally within SaaS or a high-growth startup environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets, with a strong track record of closing deals.
  • Proficiency in lead generation, negotiation, and deal management, with a deep understanding of the full sales cycle.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate value propositions and build rapport with clients.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess client needs, understand market trends, and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and familiarity with sales tracking and reporting tools.
  • A highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
  • Familiarity with the specific industry, customer pain points, and market trends relevant to the company’s offerings.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Comfortable with a rapidly evolving product, company processes, and market dynamics, showing flexibility and resilience.
