Summary of the position :
The Video Production Specialist serves as the primary video content producer for all Church related ministries pre-produced / post-produced content, capture, and distribution. This position is responsible for all matters related to post-produced video content, storytelling, and image quality at BRAVE Church. This position oversees, leads, and supports all staff, contractors, creatives and volunteers for countdowns, bumpers, testimonies, podcasts, etc. This position requires a qualified individual with competencies in pre-production planning, video production, capturing, editing, content delivery, leadership, organization, team building, problem solving, self-starting and collaboration.
II. Experience and Knowledge Required :
- Ability to work with a team guided by biblical truth
- Ability to tell a story with visuals and audio
- Experience and working knowledge of video editing software : Adobe Premiere or Davinci Resolve, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator and Cinema 4D is a plus
- DSLR and Cinema Camera Experience
- 4K workflow or greater experience
- Ability to teach and train volunteers
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work on and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Primary Duties :
Serve as the lead video producer for all video content creation, management & distributionEdit, produce and publish video content for BRAVE Church and its ministry partnersEdit, produce and publish all podcasts for Pastor Jeff MinistriesEdit, produce and publish all testimonials and God at work storiesHelp create social media content for BRAVE Church and Pastor Jeff MinistriesLead, train, and develop staff and volunteers in all areas of video prepost-productionCapture high quality / 4k footage during live events such as services, events, First Tuesdays and studentsSecondary Duties :
Work with leaders to pre-produce, shoot, edit, and deliver high quality video content for services, events, ministries and social mediaMaintain digital media file archive system of all BRAVE related video contentAssist in the creative planning process, design, and content delivery for major eventsPerform regular maintenance of equipment, troubleshooting and / or repairing video related equipment as problems and / or issues ariseIV. Work Hours and Benefits :
