We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced food service environment. This position is essential for ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, supporting our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Responsibilities
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure that all equipment is in good working condition.
- Assist with the organization of clean dishes and kitchen supplies to ensure efficient workflow.
- Help with food preparation tasks as needed, including bussing tables and assisting during peak service times.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to support catering events and banquets as required.
Experience
- Previous experience in a hospitality or food service role is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with restaurant or hotel operations is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help team members as needed.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights as required by the job duties.
