Job Summary

Duties
- Prepare banquet areas by arranging tables, chairs, linens, and other equipment according to event requirements.
- Ensure all food service areas are clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards.
- Assist in the setup of buffet stations and beverage areas, ensuring all items are properly stocked and presented.
- Collaborate with catering staff to ensure timely service during events.
- Provide support during events by assisting guests as needed and responding promptly to requests.
- Maintain cleanliness of the banquet area throughout the event and assist with breakdown after events conclude.
- Follow all safety protocols related to food handling and preparation.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
