Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Floor Staff to join our team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services within our resort environment. This position involves engaging with guests, ensuring their needs are met, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Floor Staff will be responsible for various duties that contribute to the overall guest experience, making it enjoyable and memorable.

Duties

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing information about the resort and its amenities.
• Manage guest inquiries and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
• Supervise children in designated areas, ensuring their safety and enjoyment.
• Assist in food service operations, including taking orders and serving meals.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the floor area to enhance guest experience.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.
• Conduct public speaking engagements as needed for events or announcements.

Skills

• Strong background in guest services and hospitality, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent conflict management skills to handle guest concerns effectively.
• Experience working with children is a plus, ensuring a safe environment for young guests.
• Knowledge of food service practices and standards.
• Proficient in cash handling procedures to ensure accurate transactions.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective public speaking.

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
