Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various settings, including commercial spaces and healthcare facilities. This role requires a strong commitment to hygiene standards and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning and sanitizing of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, and common spaces.
• Utilize appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
• Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
• Follow OSHA regulations and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
• Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure that all areas are maintained according to established standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or environmental services is preferred.
• Familiarity with OSHA guidelines and best practices in a hospital or healthcare setting is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean and sanitize effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required for floor care tasks.
• A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
