Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and other hotel facilities. This role is essential in providing a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests, ensuring their satisfaction during their stay.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to hotel standards.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish amenities as needed.
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a pristine appearance.
• Vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties in guest rooms and hallways.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping management team.
• Assist with laundry duties as required, including washing, drying, folding, and storing linens.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is necessary.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all cleaning tasks.

Skills

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is an advantage.
