Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage housekeeping tasks such as laundry, cooking, and floor care to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Conduct carpet cleaning and maintain the overall appearance of carpets and upholstery.
- Provide custodial services in various settings, ensuring that all cleaning supplies are used efficiently and safely.
- Deliver excellent customer service by responding to client needs and preferences with professionalism and courtesy.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Skills
- Proficiency in housekeeping management techniques and best practices.
- Experience in custodial work or commercial cleaning environments is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality cleaning results.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation.
- Ability to perform laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, drying, and folding clothes , IF ASKED.
- Familiarity with carpet cleaning methods and equipment is a plus.
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping is advantageous but not required.
