We are seeking housekeepers for hospitals located in Montgomery, Al.
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in our facility. This position requires a strong commitment to providing a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants, ensuring that all areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Requirements to move forward:
- Must have a valid copy of their Immunizations Records in order to be interviewed and move forward.
- To work in any hospital you will need: TB Screening, Hep B blood draw, drug screening and background testing.
Other Required fields we prefer:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
- Familiarity with environmental services protocols and sanitation best practices.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, lifting, and bending for extended periods.
- Understanding of OSHA standards related to workplace safety is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas and or rooms, including offices, restrooms, and common spaces.
- Sanitize surfaces to meet health and safety standards.
- Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and buffing.
