Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Conduct floor care duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
- Manage laundry services by washing, drying, folding, and delivering linens and towels as needed.
- Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas, ensuring all items are adequately replenished.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Collaborate with housekeeping management to maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Uphold the highest standards of custodial practices while adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries with professionalism.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of hotel housekeeping management practices and industrial cleaning techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards guests and staff alike.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
