Responsibilities
- Collect tolls from vehicles entering the toll plaza.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting drivers and assisting with inquiries.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and operating a cash register.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any issues or concerns.
- Assist with valet parking duties as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
- Strong cash handling skills and familiarity with retail math.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
