Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers promptly and courteously.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash register operations and processing payments.
- Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues.
- Drive vehicles safely as needed, ensuring proper care and handling.
- Assist with valet parking services, ensuring vehicles are parked securely and efficiently.
- Utilize retail math skills to manage transactions and provide accurate change.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the dealership environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in cash handling is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
