We specialize in Speech, Feeding, Occupational, and ABA Therapy. Our company mission is to provide exceptional care through every step of the therapeutic process.
Responsibilities
- Oversee office staff needs (ordering materials, communicating with families on behalf of therapists, manage deliveries).
- Manage/approve budgets for materials for each discipline based on guidelines set forth by the Managing Directors.
- Assists in covering front desk responsibilities in the event of an absence .
- Oversee front office operations and overall efficiency of the practice.
- Ensure proper sharing of medical documentation (i.e. HIPAA, office policies, ethics, etc.).
- Facilitate resolution of patient dissatisfaction with scheduling and/or attendance issues.
- Coordinate birthday and life event celebrations by delegating purchase of goods, decorations, cards, and communication to staff.
- Assist in booking meetings, handling schedules (internal and external), and conducts weekly administrative meetings.
- Handle all mailing, shipping, packages, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with IT Specialist on all office equipment and wifi concerns.
- Ensure that outside providers/presenters have all the necessary equipment, materials, and space needed prior to their arrival.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years experience as an office manager in a medical setting.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate staff.
- Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
- Demonstrates flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
- Exhibits responsibility and professionalism.
Compensation & Benefits
- This is a Part Time position, compensation is commensurate with education and experience.
