This position is responsible for providing support for Bravera’s digital products and services to existing customers.
Measures of Success
- Assisting with Account Set-up and Maintenance of Bravera’s Digital Products
- Customer Relations- Ensure customers have a positive experience by effectively communicating and listening to their needs.
- Administrative- Documenting and Reporting functions for Business Digital Products & Services
Duties and Responsibilities
(40%) Account Maintenance-
Perform set-up and maintenance of user profiles as necessary.
- Secure and verify agreements, applications and authorization forms needed to process and add, update, or remove permissions and access levels.
(30%) Customer Relations-
Ensure that customers have a positive experience by effectively communicating and listening to their needs.
- Handle calls related to digital products and services.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to digital solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product integration and resolution of customer concerns.
- Support Treasury consultants in preparing presentations and materials for customer meetings.
- Assist with training internally on digital products and assisting with the training of new digital staff members.
(30%) Administrative-
Documenting and Reporting functions for Business Digital Products & Services
- Ensure each digital customer has the proper documentation on file,
- Assisting with reports and monthly billing
- Assist with projects/workload related to the digital banking department
Additional Responsibilities
- Travel as needed for product installations and customer support.
- Contribute to the overall success of the organization by leveraging opportunities as they relate to all entities of Bravera.
- Must maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism regarding all employee and customer issues and information.
- Fully understand and adhere to current banking regulations, policies, and procedures related to digital banking compliance and overall safety and soundness.
- Responsible for promoting the organization in the community through participation in various civic and community events, activities, committees and organizations.
- The employee will adhere to all banking rules and regulations, including but not limited to the requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act. In addition, the employee will be proactive in the prevention of illegal activities, will vigilantly look for activities that may constitute any type of fraud including money laundering, and will report any suspicious activity to the BSA Officer.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Prior banking knowledge is helpful but not required
- Skills/certifications: High level of interest in digital products

Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm
