Job Type : Full Time Onsite Monday-Friday (8 : 30AM-5 : 15PM)

Job Description : Bravo is seeking a Corporate Controller who is a Certified Public Accountant and will enjoy working in a quick-paced, dynamic environment. This position reports directly to the CFO and will work closely with the Finance & Accounting team. The candidate we are seeking must be a diligent self-starter, highly organized, an excellent communicator, and detail oriented. The candidate will be responsible for oversight of all finance, accounting and reporting activities.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate GAAP standards and regulatory requirements.

Manage fixed asset accounting, prepaid expense and expense accruals.

Coordinate all audit activity.

Work with outside tax consultant to ensure accurate and timely filing of federal, state and local taxes.

Manage month end closing process, including general ledger allocations, journal entries and expense analysis.

Assist project accounting with any necessary reporting or project related analysis.

Maintain internal control and safeguards for receipt of revenue, payment of costs, and corporate budget analysis.

Minimum Requirements :

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is required.

Strong experience with Work-in-Progress (WIP) analysis.

10 years' experience in corporate accounting, with significant exposure to the Architecture Engineering and / or Construction Management fields. Experience working with local public agencies within these sectors is a plus.

Knowledge of BST accounting software is a plus.

Education : Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field from an accredited college or university.

Salary

120,000—$160,000 USD
